The puck

38 millimetres wide, 32 grams — about the size of a watch face. No buttons, no screens, nothing to fumble with gloves on. anscape wakes up when you start moving, quietly pays attention all day, and sends everything to your phone when you're back in range. One little light tells you it's alive. Charge it like your earbuds: USB-C, roughly a month of weekends per charge.

How it works

It's not magic. It's physics.

Three simple senses, working together 400 times a second.

It knows which way is down

Inside is a motion sense that works like your inner ear — the same kind of sensor that flips your phone's screen. It feels tilt constantly, so it always knows exactly how far over your board or bike is leaned.

It feels the squeeze of the turn

Corner hard and the turn pushes back — the same force that leans you into the car door on a roundabout. anscape measures that push, so it knows how committed the turn really was, not just how it looked.

Your phone fills in the map

Speed and location come from the phone already in your pocket, and your earbud is how anscape talks back. The puck does the feeling, your phone does the math and the talking.

The trick that makes coaching possible

Your snowboard makes you a promise. The curve ground into its steel edge — the sidecut — promises a certain size of turn when you tip it over and ride it cleanly. Ride that promised curve and you carved. Slide wide of it and you skidded. anscape simply measures the promise against what actually happened, every single turn, all day long. The gap between the two? That's your next lesson.

Flat on the topsheet with a 3M pad — the one spot your boots never touch, low enough to never snag, and one glance down tells you it's recording. Stick it on in December, peel it off in April.
